Products No Longer Required

If you wish to return a product that is no longer required, we offer a refund of the product cost, subject to a 25% restocking fee, excluding any original delivery charges. In addition, the customer will be fully responsible for all return carriage costs, which will be confirmed prior to collection. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please email sales@ukbricks.co.uk, and our team will assist you in arranging the return through our nominated carrier. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned goods being received and inspected.


Faulty or Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive faulty or damaged goods (including special orders and made-to measure items), we will offer a full refund or replacement, as appropriate.

You must notify us of any faults or damages within 14 days of delivery, by email or post. All notifications must be made in writing to sales@ukbricks.co.uk. We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before issuing a refund or exchange.

Returns of faulty products can either be arranged through our nominated carrier – at no cost to you – or returned directly to us. Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying us.

To arrange a collection, please email sales@ukbricks.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
